Test one work assumption on a small scale

A project often contains an assumption you can inspect: whether a draft is understandable, a process is usable or a problem matters to someone. Choose a small reversible test. This is an editorial experiment worksheet, not a recipe for business success.

Try it

1. Write one assumption and an observation that would make you reconsider it.
2. Choose a low-cost way to learn, such as a prototype or a conversation with consent.
3. Set a stopping point, review what happened and decide whether to continue, change or stop.

What to notice

Record what the test actually showed and what it could not show. Positive feedback is not proof of a viable business.
